No Food and Drink!

Late last year, I was asked to design a 'NO FOOD AND DRINK ALLOWED' poster for my church library. I ended up playing around in Illustrator, having fun with the tools that I hadn't used since the graphic design course in Term 3.




As a testament to my lacking Chinese ability, I actually had to look up the translation to the English version of the poster. But other than that minor hiccup, the process was really fun - from searching for the free fork and spoon vector to using shapes and more vectors and the brilliant pathfinder tool to make a grungy crossed out circle - I enjoyed myself even when I was fussing over the placement of the words and things! I guess Illustrator just makes me happy. :))
