This was my final design for our lifeskills camp, A Respected Member of Society. I did it on illustrator, scanning in my original sketch and then using the wonderful 'Live Trace' button to watch it convert itself into vectors. It wasn't that easy though, because my sketch wasn't smooth enough and I had to do quite a bit of touching up: especially at the wings where the positive and negative spaces didn't always show up right. I kept at it until I was quite satisfied. The idea of using makeup to fill in the space under the ribbon was suggested to me by Mrs Tan, and this is the end result. I am quite happy with it. :D
